1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SS7 Trader ("Service", "we", "us") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

SS7 Trader provides educational trading signals for forex, gold and cryptocurrency markets. Signals are informational only and do not constitute financial advice.

3. Subscription & Billing

Payments are processed through our Stripe payment link. The price and recurring billing terms are shown at checkout and on the Pricing page. An admin activates website access and sets its expiry date after verifying payment. Stripe billing does not automatically update website access.

4. Cancellation

Contact support@ss7trader.com for help with billing cancellation or website access. Access ends on the date set in your account unless an admin extends it. See the Refund Policy for refund terms.

5. Risk Disclosure

Trading forex, gold and crypto involves substantial risk of loss. See our Risk Disclaimer. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

6. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, signals, dashboards and materials are the intellectual property of SS7 Trader and may not be redistributed without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SS7 Trader is not liable for any trading losses or damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
