Refund Policy

Our refund window

SS7 Trader offers a 7-day full refund on your first month's $49 subscription. If the signals aren't right for you, email billing@ss7trader.com with your subscription email and we'll process a refund back to your original payment method.

What isn't refundable

• Renewal months (only the first month is refundable).
• Add-ons or one-time consultations already delivered.
• Requests based on trading losses (see Risk Disclaimer).
• Charges disputed via chargeback while a refund is available — please email us first.

How refunds are processed

Contact our team with your account email and Stripe payment details. Eligible refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method.

Cancellation vs refund

Stripe billing follows the terms shown at checkout. To cancel billing or request a refund within the first-month window, email us directly. Website access ends on the date set in your account unless renewed by an admin.

Chargebacks

If you have any billing concern please contact us first — we'll always try to resolve it in one email. Chargebacks filed without contacting us may result in account termination and a permanent block from resubscribing.
