Refund Policy

Our refund window

SS7 Trader offers a 7-day full refund on your first month's $49 subscription. If the signals aren't right for you, email billing@ss7trader.com with your subscription email and we'll process a refund back to your original payment method.

What isn't refundable

• Renewal months (only the first month is refundable).
• Add-ons or one-time consultations already delivered.
• Requests based on trading losses (see Risk Disclaimer).
• Charges disputed via chargeback while a refund is available — please email us first.

How refunds are processed

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe within 5–10 business days for cards. Apple Pay and Google Pay follow the same window.

Cancellation vs refund

You can cancel any time from your Stripe billing portal — cancelling stops future billing but is separate from a refund request. If you cancel and are still inside the 7-day window on your first month, email us to also request the refund.

Chargebacks

If you have any billing concern please contact us first — we'll always try to resolve it in one email. Chargebacks filed without contacting us may result in account termination and a permanent block from resubscribing.
